My iconic stopped tracking floors climbed.  Did a soft reset.  No help.  Can you help me?

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.

Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause more problems.

Hi @DaveS62, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for restarting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Are you having issues with floors or other stats too? Since you already tried our restart process with no avail, please check the suggestions that were shared by @SteveH and let me know how it goes. You can also learn more about how Fitbit devices track floors here

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
