Device not tracking heart rate and sleep data

Ionic heart rate and sleep times don’t register on watch. Otherwise fine. Heart rate in “on”. Can anyone help with the above problem?

It's great to see you around @Griffguy. Thanks for the details mentioned. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Sleep stages are calculated using your heart rate and since your heart rate isn't being tracked, this is why it's not tracking this data either. Let's work together to resolve it.

  • Make sure your device is positioned correctly on your wrist:
    • Tighten the band just enough so it doesn’t slip on your wrist. Your device needs a solid contact with your arm to reliably track your heart rate.
    • Heart-rate tracking may not work with certain accessory bands, especially if they’re loose fitting. Move the band to a slightly different position on your arm—a little higher or a little lower.
  • Restart your tracker using the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
