Device not tracking sleep and difficulties syncing

My Ionic won't track my sleep and it also won't stay connected to sync. I've tried eve210aerything I can think of trying tp

Hello @Leeguyton thanks for bringing this to my attention, let me help you out with your Ionic. Welcome to our Community Forums too!

 

First, let me appreciate your time and patience troubleshooting your device prior posting. I'd like to gather more information to better assist you. That said, can you please let me know if you're not receiving sleep records at all or if you're not receiving Sleep Stages? Also, can you please give me more information about the troubleshooting steps that you already tried? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? and take in consideration all the details that are specified there, then, let me know how it goes. Regarding the syncing behavior, please check: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?.
