Hello 

 

My Fitbit ionic smart phone is not coming on. Got it in a store in Japan and brought it to Nigeria. The device has refused to turn on. Kindly advice on what to do please

You need to take it back and exchange it where ever you bought it from

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your Ionic are still flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
