During last night my Ionic was working, battery was not low. This morning when I woke up it was off, my alarm didn't go off. I haven't been able to turn it back on, I have been trying to charge it in case it'd do something but it doesn't even register that it is plugged in.
Anyone else? Any solution to this?

Hi @NathFr, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply. Hi @PedroPierrePete it's nice to see you again participating, welcome back.
@NathFr Thanks for the details that were shared with me. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
@PedroPierrePete Thanks for your feedback and bringing this to my attention. Our Support team informed me that they already provided you assistance, therefore, please contact them back if you require further assistance or if you have any additional questions about the outcome of your case.
I'll be around, don't hesitate to ask me any additional questions you may have.

Hi NathFr. This is a known problem with Fitbit and they are informed. I have had the same problem with both my Ionic's. Fitbit Support has been notified but they refuse to make good on my dead Ionic's. Daniel (The Supervisor) told me that my case # would not be resolved and to not expect a call or e-mail from Fitbit. Case #'s go into a black hole. Great support Fitbit ... Thanks !

I found a fix for mine...maybe will work for you too? My ionic as dead, like putting it on the charger showed nothing, pushing buttons did nothing. I left on charger overnight...nothing. Finally I held in the buttons on the back while not touching any other buttons. They don't look like buttons they look like tiny windows. but I held that in for a half a minute or so, and wala! the fitbit logo came up. it did say there was no charge and I put it on the charger. but it did reset the Ionic and allowed me to charge and use it again. Hope this helps.

After some mails with the FitBit Support team, they have reviewed the issue and as my Ionic was still under guarantee they have replaced it , very quick turn around! thanks @Fitbit

NathFr ... More than likely Fitbit will be sending you a refurbished Ionic. I called customer service after my warranty replacement failed after 1 1/2 months and supervisor (Daniel) confirmed I received a refurbished Ionic. He stated this is the end of the line with replacements for me and time to buy a new Ionic. How is that for customer service. Needless to say, I'm now the proud owner of a Apple Series 5 Nike Watch and I love it !!.
