Device not turning on

Hi there, my Fitbit Ionic got stopped working all the sudden yesterday and don’t know what happened. I got a warning to charge the watch but it didn’t turn on after several time of charging. I have tried to turn on the watch but didn’t get any result. Could you please help and I am currently staying at Auckland city.
