My Fitbit all of a sudden stopped working last week.  I received as a gift Christmas 2018 and it is just past the 12 month warranty. After reading several hundred posts, it appears this is a common situation with the Ionic. And customer service says there is nothing that can be done other than a 25% discount on a new item. So an item for close to $300 is only good for a year?!  What else can be done??
