Hi all,
Since last night my vibration when get alerts i have set up has suddenly stopped working?
I have reset the watch and my mobile encase there was a software error, but no joy.
Can anyone help please because when i am away from my phone this is brilliant.

To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this? Also, your device doesn't vibrate at all? For example, when you charge it, receive a notification or with an alarm? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try setting up an alarm with the help of our article:How do I manage alarms on my Fitbit device? and let me know if your device vibrates.
