My ionic has recently started to show the incorrect time after charging from empty. Current time is 12:04 but on IV is showing 10:00 .

I have tried resetting the watch, resetting the iPhone and changing iPhone settings to automatic time zone, and back again. Syncing between each of these operations.

can somebody please suggest anything further I can do?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting are appreciated. Let me share with you that Fitbit devices use your phone's information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Ionic it should display the time that's configured on your mobile device.

 

However, if the syncing process don't, this may be fixed by updating the time zone setting in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please see our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
