Device shutting down each morning

I get up at 5:15 each morning to run. I noticed after I woke up one morning earlier this week that my Ionic was dead and would not turn back on. After some research I tried holding all three buttons down until it finally turned back on to tell me it had 0% charge. However, when I went to bed the night before it still had a significant charge. Checking my sleep history on my phone revealed that it last synced at 5:13 a.m. and the battery level showed at 53%, so I couldn't figure out what would drain it to 0% 15 minutes later. Per some suggestions on this site I did a factory reset to see if that would clear up some glitch in the system. After reentering all of my settings my Ionic seemed to be working fine again. However, now three days later it was shut off again this morning. I once again checked my sleep history on my phone and found that it last synced at 5:15 this morning with an 83% charge. However, a few minutes later the battery was at 0% again. It seems very odd that it was almost the exact same time that it suddenly and completely drained itself a few days earlier. I'll try another factory reset today, but I'm not sure what else to do. I would have emailed Fitbit, but I couldn't find a good email address for support. Any help or suggestions would be welcomed.

Thanks,

Dennan
