Im afraid Fitbit doesn ot give out information about which phones they are working on or give projected dates. You just have to keep you eye on the Supported Devices List

Hello @Gosh1976 and @Sjarrard, it's good to see you around in the forums.
As it was mentioned in the thread previously, this integration is actually Under Consideration, as you can see in this idea posted in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community forums. However, there's no estimated time to know when this could be implemented, to have it integrated with the Fitbit app.
I do recommend that you vote for the idea mentioned above and that you add your comments as well, since this section is constantly reviewed by the team of developers.
I hope this helps.
In your message, you asked us to vote for fitbit to integrate with dexcom. But this same request has been something that your company has announced to investors. Just hoping to get an update on your own press release Thanks
It doesn't help at all. the ONLY reason I chose the Ionic is for Dexcom compatibility which your company announced a year ago. Any way I look at this I should get a refund. "under consideration". Shameful
Never again will I be suckered by your company. And I won't be keeping your practices secret

Very disappointed

That is a great Question, I am really dissepoited that after 1 yeR of waiting on Fitbit no launch day has been provided by Fitbit, updates would be nice I dont want to change to Apple or Garmin bht I want my sugar reading on my watch
I'm changing to DexCom G6 (from Libre) now, because of G6 integration.
I am disappointed two times.
if FitBit cancels the G6 app.
And I will change back to Libre because Abbott launches soon the Libre 2 with bluetooth.
A lot of time wasted... ![]()

Thank you for all your comments @Sjarrard, @echos, @Gosh1976, @KarlSi, @Hans12,@vector3d and welcome to the new users in the forum.
The idea I mentioned is in the state of Under consideration because it hasn't been implemented and it's currently in development, but as you guys already mentioned, this integration was already announced and there are a number of initiatives that will be progressively implemented with Fitbit this year.
Unfortunately I can't give any specific date or period of time, and at this moment there haven't been any news to share. We truly appreciate your patience on the matter and be sure that we will be sharing it with everyone the moment we have an update.
It's good to see you around in the forums.

Hi
Thankyou for your feedback, however as a Fitbit lover it is frustrating that to us Diabetic patients and Fitbit fans very little progress is beeing made public. However I will give it to xmas if no date is published by then to the launch I have to be realistic and assume the implemantation is not happening and review if Fitbit is the best fit for my health
Yours Faithful

Thank you for your response and your feedback @Hans12, I completely understand the frustration, it's definitely a feature that a lot of users have been waiting for. I too hope that it's possible to have this available as soon as possible.
Best AnswerAdding my voice... I am also using the Dexcom G6 and waiting to decide whether I'll be upgrading to the Ionic (from a Charge 2). If I don't see at least an announced date by the end of the month, I am likely to leave the Fitbit ecosystem and go with a competing product. You continue to lose credibility with every day you keep plans and progress hidden... Thanks!

Hey there @aburst42, @Gosh1976 and @KarlSi. Thanks for your feedback and comments. As mentioned above, Fitbit is always trying to add new devices to the compatible list. There are some users who have been able to sync with some mobile devices that aren't on the list. However, the compatibility can't be confirmed as they haven't been fully tested by Fitbit.
I'll be around if you have any other questions! ![]()

B4 I bought the fitbit, it was in the list as compatible. Even showed up on the Dexcom site as compatible. Went for several months b4 I made the purchase, the only reasoned I purchased was due to the compatibility, as I am not a watch wearer.
Very sad and disappointed customer!

Thank you for the reply, @SilviaFitbit! The question is not at all whether the Fitbit device syncs with another mobile device. I would have it sync with my Samsung S8, which is currently supported (as detailed here). The question we're asking is when will the Fitbit app on the mobile device work with the Dexcom app (also running on the mobile device) and the Fitbit device (Ionic) to show real-time data directly on the Ionic. This would, for example, be similar to how the Fitbit app on the mobile device (phone) works with the calendar on the mobile device (phone) to display appointments on the Fitbit device (Ionic).
In other words, I think what we're all waiting for is for this capability to be added like in the mock below, matching the abilities that the Apple watch has had for a while, and as promised by Fitbit in 2017.
