when will the Dexcom g5 system be able to communicate directly with the Fitbit ionic. is there a date or an expected time. I have found multiple articles saying that this is going to happen but no dates.

Hi @panda88.

 

Have you tried restarting your Ionic by following the steps here? Try doing this a few times to ensure the procedure has completed correctly.

 

Hopefully that will sort things out.

In that case seeing as you've already tried changing clock faces and restarting, the only option left would be a full factory reset.
