Does anyone else have an issue with their Ionic strap (mine is a small in a rubbery material) gaping where it connects to the watch face? I have had to get several replacements and just told this will be my last for free as I have had the watch a couple of years. It's like they stretch? I try not to wear it too tight but it always happens anyway! So annoying because I love the watch!

Hi @Kimberleyp, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you're having difficulties attaching the wristband of your Ionic device, I suggest you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I wear my Fitbit device? and How do I change the wristband on my Fitbit device?.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Im having the same problem. I believe that there is a residue built up in the groove that the band needs t lock into.
How do i clean it and get the band to lock in?

I may have solved my problem, which could be the same one your having. Is it the teh replacment band doesnt click into the watch and can be easily separated, fall off?
