Touch screen not working

Bought this ionic 3 days ago been working pretty good. The took it off charge tonight and the touch screen doesnt work 😞 its 3 days old. I did the hold buttons reset like 10 times did nothing to fix the problem. Also tryed changing watch faces as one guy said that helped him. It didnt help me. Are these ionics just rubbish? Can anyone help was having a great day now im just depressed

Hi @Djhi  these are good devices, not rubbish. Where did you get it? Fastest way to get things going is to return it where it was purchased. If you got it from Fitbit.com, you'll need to get with customer support so they can determine what's going on.

bought it new off ebay, and clearly it is a bit of rubbish if it only lasts 3days with out having to send it back! as for customer support there is a live chat options yet it isnt highlighted and u cant use it! so thats another huge red flag!
