I have been Fitbit user for almost 5 years, 24 hours/day. But after 5 years and three watches later I am going with a competing brand. That is a lot of money to spend on watches in 5 years. My last watch was the ionic and it lasted 2 years. For a $200 watch I would really expect longer life. Of course it died few weeks after my warranty. The screen is just done. Fading, not showing anything. I was reluctant to make a switch but I am just done with Fitbit. Also not being able to download music from one of main music and podcast streaming apps to your watch even in the new trackers is just insane to me.
