Difficulties pairing Ionic

Im trying now 2daya pair my fitbit again in my newphone... Phone found the fit bit amd give the code but when it tries to connect, almost midiatly comes error and tips i try every tiös again and again and still that happend... No any change to pairing this?

I appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting your device prior posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know which brand and model is your new mobile device? Hey,

If restarting your phone, going to a place with good wifi, restarting the watch with all 3 buttons held down, or deleting and reinstalling the app doesn't work. Try this:

 

Turn off your phone's cell phone data, and make sure that you have WiFi set up on your phone and it has a good signal. Also, I think you need to have 2.4Ghz wifi available for best results. I didn't have great results with 5Ghz. 

 

If for some reason you have a bad phone cellular data connection, then the phone can't contact the Fitbit servers which won't let you pair the phone/watch.
