They fix nothing....touchscreens, battery life...all still problems.
And that's just the beginning.
Don't touch these products.
I owned 2 Ionics.
They both broke.

to repair these epidemic problems.
Isn't your management alarmed by the collective outrage on this board concerning its flagship product.
FITBIT is getting pilloried on other tech review websites.
Unbelievable for a publicly traded company,

This did nothing to fix the touchscreen defect.
When are you coming out with a bug fix?
Your Ionic user base is very angry.
Doesn't FITBIT care?
You need to have your senior management read the reviews about FITBIT's problems that are now carpeting the internet.

Hi @IONICOWNER , thank you for your reply and for your concerns!
I've verified your case with our Support Team. They informed me that they asked you to return your device, and already provided you a return label, so that you won't have to pay anything for the shipping. I'll suggest you to send the device back as instructed by our Team. Inform them about the item being shipped, so that they are aware and can proceed with your case and help you further.
If you need to receive the return label again, let me know, so that I can inform our Support Team, or you can reply to them to the last email received.
Let me know how it goes!

How can you treat your customers this way?
A 25% discount on a new FITBIT product doesn't do it.

I have an Ionic. The charging became problematic 6 months after use. I have to fidget with it to start. The sleep feature stopped working correctly about a year in. Now the HR function is screwing up. I just bought a Garmin to replace it.

I agree. I am on my third Fitbit Ionic and nothing but problems. First, was the lie about being waterproof. More recently is the ionic inexplicably counting steps non-stop and draining the battery. I had 50,000 steps last night while I slept. Check the message boards and hundreds of users have the same issue but Fitbit has no explanation. Worse is the customer service. All they can offer is to try to reset the device. It's time to switch. I'm done with this brand. Although, when it worked, I loved it. But being dependable is the most important function and it does not exist with the ionic
