Hi, I have had my ionic and bose soundsport headphones for a year now but for some reason they won't pair now.
The ionic finds the headphones but when I select them from the list it just says "pairing" with the wheel going round but won't pair - this is very frustrating.
I have turned off the ionic and reset several times but no joy.
Can anyone help?!

Yes... They are useless and support just says "take it back to shop and get refund" - of course thats easy when the shop was in an airport.
Would not recommend FITBIT to anyone after this experience of customer 'service' - total lack of!

Same issue for me. I see this issue was reported 9 months ago and still working on it "asap".
Once again fitbit failing to deliver.

I have actually sorted mine out. I did a full factory reset of my ionic and did an update on my bose earbuds through my laptop. They connected straight away afterwards and have worked since. The sound quality is better than listening through my phone.

After StuartHaslam suggested it could be fixed I persevered and finally got it working.
While pairing the Ionic with the headphones for the umpteenth time my phone received an email, it alerted my Fitbit and it interrupted the pairing to the SoundSports.
I therefore turned the bluetooth off on the phone, tried the fitbit paring again and it worked straight away!
I realised the headphones were previously connected to the phone while trying to pair them to the Fitbit. Although Bose say it can be connected to more than 1 device at one - seems they need to be disconnected from everything else to set up a bluetooth connection with the Ionic.
