Hello, 

First time.posting here. I have an issue with my.fitbit Blaze and I have been given the choice to replace it or get a 50% discount on another fitbit. I have looked at the range and would be most intereted in the ionic. However this is excluded from the discount? Why?

I think. a customer who has an issue with a product,and who would be willing to pay for a 50% of a product should be entitled to access all products in the range. I am.disappointed with that. As a valued customer I want to feel respected

On thw whole, I love the fitbit product and the.customer service has been.amazing. wow what service they offer.

The Ionic is awesome and I highly recommend it.  That being said, if you have tried to use the discount via the website and it is not working, I would call Fitbit Customer Service directly and speak to someone.  I can understand them NOT letting you use the discount for the NEW Ionic Adidas Version, but since you can buy an Ionic on Amazon at a reduced cost, I would think there should not be an issue with the standard Ionic version.

I did contact them, however they said they couldn't help and suggested I post here.

Well, the kinda good news is they have lowered the price of the Ionic to $269.95 until March 31st.  This may not be the reduction you were seeking, but it may still be of benefit.

Maybe you could use your 50% off coupon for the Fitbit Flyer, which is Fitbit's Bluetooth Headphone.  They work flawlessly with the Ionic!  So maybe it can still work out for you!

They fed you a bull**ahem** line. There was a 25% discount on ionic when dealing with an old out of warranty. I had to use this when my moms surge died and indeed had $100 taken off the price. 

Look back in my post history and you can find dates etc as I posted to this forum right away after using the discount.

Hi,Thanks for the reply. I was so annoyed and frustrated, dont get me wrong fitbit customer service is excellent but there was no way they would allow me upgrade.The wosrst part of it was I was willing to pay for it. I havr the blaze and the only fit bit vettwr is the ionic.Totally gutted to be blocked like that, I was in warranty too on my Blaze
