Just wondering is it possible to disable the device lock as I set it in error. I don’t need it as I will never pay using my watch. Thanks if someone can help

Thanks for the details shared in your post. You can find the device lock and check the setting by doing the following:
1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
2. Tap Device Lock.
