Display (Ionic) not working

Hi

I've been very satisfied with my Ionic ever since I got it, but now suddenly the display doesn't work.

Everything else works: it synchs with the app, it reads pulse etc.

I've tried recharging, and it's full, bur the display still doesn't work. I've even tried changing the watchface/display through the app, but that doesn't help either.

I've tried resetting the watch many times without that working either.

Anyone familiar/ have solved this problem?

Right now I've got a big activity-reader om my wrist, with no display. Only with the app acting as display :s

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic. Since, you've tried restarting it and charging it again but the display is still not working. I've created a case on your behalf with our Support team and they will continue assisting you.
