Hi

About two days ago my Fitbit Ionic stop recording HR, steps and activity.

I have reset several times, changed clock face and fully charged.

I would say that just before this situation arose, it recorded a higher amount of steps than I believe I completed.

 

Any ideas what I can do to fix

Try a factory reset. In the settings app on the watch scroll down to About. Other than that you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
