@marjalisa  The browser you use is irrelevant.  What matters is whether you have a PC or a Mac.  This link to the Ionic Manual gives the directions.

I'm a chrome user it works flawlessly with my laptop, tablwt and mobile so wht is it that  I have to use a Windows pc to add music? I haven't found a away yet of usingy Chromebook to do this job, so unfortunately I had to drag everything over to the pc po get my music on the ionic.  Please sort this Fitbit.
