ionic is completely dead
The screen does not work and the LED-lighting does not work
Tested the charger power is working
The resetting function was done by pressing the right and left button as instructions are useless
I went through the company's email and gave me previously known solutions
Customer service is disappointing
Another email from customer service says update ionic !!
How is the update and it never works ??
I am depressed

Did you try leaving it on the charger? If it's completely dead, it my take a little while to get the slightest charge.

Yes I left on the charger more than three hours and still dead

@alfhieed, try contacting Fitbit Support either by Chat or Phone to see if they can help resolve this issue.

I am angry, the customer service is bad for a week. Their replies via e-mail are duplicated and do not work. All the solutions they sent me did not work, and they do not understand that customer care is very important and I told them that ionic has to be replaced because it is damaged.
