Software version 27.32.4.19
my brightness of the display is set to Automatic and I think this causes the display to flash while the Ionic is trying to set the correct brightness level. Do you experience the same problem? I suspect that it is a software bug and hope Fitbit will fix this annoying issue.

I suggest you try a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

Best AnswerI see no reason to "regularly restart" but it is a very useful tool in recovering from problems. Keep it in mind and use it if necessary.

Best AnswerRestarting doesn’t work. Constant flashing after installing the new software, flattens the battery very quickly. Any sign of a big fix?
