Until recently, both my IPhone and iPad were synced to my Ionic. I had an issue with my IPad and deleted the Fitbit app. Then I reinstalled it. But it won’t let me sync to my Ionic and keeps trying to set me up as a new account.
How do I get it to reinstate my data, which is still appearing on my iPhone?

Hi,
You should be able to log in to the fitbit app in the same way as when you first installed it. I haven't had to do this for a while, but I am sure there is a login option on the app when you start it up and aren't already logged in.

I tried that, but it didn’t work. So I deleted it again and reinstalled it again. Still didn’t work.
There must be something else I need to do to get my data back, but I just can’t figure it out.
