The screen on my Fitbit Ionic is completely black. I have tried all the different variations of resetting, restarting etc but it still remains stubbornly black.
I went out to purchase a new charger to see if that would help (nope)
My Fitbit is, however, still syncing with the app on my phone, so I know that it is working but I really don't want to keep referring to my phone for the stats.
Any further suggestions please?
