I woke up this morning and my Ionic has countless issues. The screen has distorted colors/images, and fades to black then shuts off. It will not sync correctly, and it will not update.
Customer service has no explanation, and will not try to fix or replace it. This is a 9 month old replacement for another faulty Ionic so they consider this out of warranty. This company is quickly becoming a disgrace!
I have been a loyal customer for many years. Your top of the line product just broke with no explanation. The solution offered by customer service is that I buy a new one!? Give me a break.
