Display not working

Hi my fit bit ionic was working fine then i went to check the time and when i pressed the button it was a black screen with little white outline. I tried resetting it several times with no luck then fully cleaned all connections and tried fully charging it and resetting it and still no change. It is not two year old yet either. I took pictures but no way to add them.

First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? What Fitbit will do in your case?

Hi yes heart rate monitor bits on back are still flashing, the fit bit is
still charging and it is still collecting all daily info it's just when I
go to look at stats on the screen it comes up light up black with white
outline. I even tried changing clock face to see if that done anything but
still no joy.
