Watch face all strips then goes different colors also jumps from time to heart rate and so on can anyone help

Seems odd that your Ionic is behaving in such way. If you haven't already done so, can you please try our restart process following the steps on our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes?
