Sono alcuni giorni che faccio corsette di pochi KM e camminate con il GPS attivo di IONIC e con una app di UnderArmour - MAP My Fitness che mi contabilizza il passo, le calorie ecc.... in abbinata a fitbit IONIC.
I giorni scorso mi ero accorto che quando l'app del telefono mi avvisava al raggiungimento di ogni chilometro, IONIC ancora era indietro e perdeva circa 50-60 metri al chilometro e personalmente davo maggiore peso ed attenzione alla veridicità di IONIC.
Oggi però lo scarto è stato DECISAMENTE SIGNIFICATIVO ed ho voluto verificare.
Ho fatto una camminata di 7 Km sapendo che il percorso, avendolo già misurato con la bicicletta è di 7Km
Ebbene IONIC oggi ha battuto TUTTI i RECORD !!!!
Ho camminato per poco più di 1 h facendo circa 7 Km ma IONIC alla fine mi ha detto che nello stesso percorso in realtà ne ho percorsi 6 (sei) di KM invece di 7.
Siccome so che il percorso da me fatto è di circa 7 Km, ho voluto verificare a casa da PC, rifacendolo anche con Google Earth passo passo come secondo ulteriore conferma (già sapevo che la distanza era corretta, ma ho voluto comunque verificare).
Ebbene Google Earth mi conferma che il percorso è di 7,1 Km , MAP My Fitness mi dice che è di 7,16 Km............ mentre IONIC mi dice 6,02 Km !!!!
SI è perso 1 KM su 7 .......... il 14,5% in MENO !!!!
Ha sbagliato del 14,5% sulla distanza totale..........!!!!
Ne deduco che il GPS di IONIC sia completamente SBALLATO !!!!

SONO molto deluso perché è evidente che a cascata, se è sballata la distanza, sono sbagliate anche le calorie, visto che il calcolo viene fatto sulla base di: calorie x Kg x KM percorso
Premetto che uso IONIC per raggiungere un peso forma ed una bassa percentuale di massa grassa legata ad una dieta ben monitorata e calibrata. L'attività fisica e le calorie "corrette" bruciate hanno quindi, su base cumulata, un'incidenza significativa

It's a few days that I run a few KM and walk with the IONIC active GPS and with an app of UnderArmour - MAP My Fitness that counts me the pace, calories etc .... in combination with Ionic fitbit.
Last week I realized that when the phone app warned me to reach every kilometer, IONIC was still back and lost about 50-60 meters per kilometer and personally I gave more weight and attention to the IONIC veracity.
Today, however, the gap was DECISALLY SIGNIFICANT and I wanted to check.
I took a 7 km walk knowing that the route, having already measured it with the bike is 7 km
Well IONIC today has beaten ALL the RECORDS !!!!
I walked for a little more than 1 hour doing about 7 km but IONIC at the end told me that in the same path I actually have 6 (six) paths of KM instead of 7.
Since I know that the route I made is about 7 km, I wanted to check home from PC, referring to Google Earth step by step as a further confirmation (I already knew that the distance was correct, but I wanted to check).
Well, Google Earth confirms that the route is 7.1 km, MAP My Fitness tells me that it is 7.16 km ............ while IONIC tells me 6.02 km !!! !
YES it has lost 1 KM on 7 .......... 14.5% in LESS !!!!
Wrong of 14.5% on the total distance .......... !!!!
I deduce that the IONIC GPS is completely UNPACKED !!!!
Very BAD Discovered today !!!!
I am very disappointed because it is evident that in cascade, if the distance is busted, the calories are also wrong, given that the calculation is made on the basis of: calories x Kg x KM path
I state that IONIC use to reach a weight and a low percentage of fat mass linked to a well monitored and calibrated diet. Physical activity and the "correct" burnt calories therefore have, on a cumulated basis, a significant incidence
