My phone is clearly not set to Do Not Disturb but Fitbit thinks it is. I have been told this is a bug that is being fixed. It has been more than 2 weeks. I find it hard to be happy with the Ionic

Same thing here. I talked with them a couple of days back and said they are working on the issue. It has now been over  2 weeks!

I am also having this same issue. What is odd is that some notifications come through, some don't. No calls go through. I wish it were more consistent, all working or all non-working, because SOME notifications going through leads me to miss a lot of stuff. Anyone have any updates?

@MFGref @LucasOstrowski @annboyd55 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the issue you are experiencing with the "Do Not Disturb" feature on Ionic.

This is a known behavior right now and Fitbit is working on a fix so you all can get your notifications back whenever in "Silent mode."

Please check this official thread by Fitbit in which updated will be shared. Stay tuned there for solution for this. Feel free to post your experience there too.

See you around!
