Now that Fitbit has discontinued the Ionic model, is it a good idea to buy this from other sellers such as Amazon, Walmart etc ?

Does Fitbit still supports Ionic ?

Any Fitbit plans to come up a with new smart watch model, exactly shaped as Ionic?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. Our team is always working to streamline our offerings as we introduce new products. Although the Fitbit Ionic was a popular product for us, we decided to discontinue and it is no longer available on Fitbit.com, but you can take a look at the following retail locations: Where-to-buy. We will continue to support the Ionic software along with any questions you have while using the device.
