My Ionic was working fine, but it died during a charge and won’t come back on. Is there a way to force a reset? I’ve tried holding the buttons for 10+ seconds, but nothing has worked. Help!!

Thank you for the suggestion, but I can’t get anything to display or vibrate no matter how long I hold the buttons. Is there an alternate way to force a reset? It’s really weird that it just went blank/dead while it was charging.
Thanks again for your help!!

@brez65 Welcome! It's great to see you around.
Thanks for joining to the thread. If your device is completely dead, I suggest leaving your Ionic plugged in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes. Then you can try the restart by pressing and holding the back and bottom buttons, for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If you don't see the Fitbit logo, let's review additional tips here.
Hope this helps.
