I have had a charge 2 for a year. Last week it started doubling my exercise entries. When I’d track an exercise, it would add another one for like 3 am. I talked to a number of customer service people and they couldn’t fix it. I ended up replacing it with an ionic. The first exercise I tracked with it was today and it doubled it. I don’t think it’s the tracker itself. It keeps appearing in the app. So, I think it’s either the app or the software. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

It's great to have you here @panthersrule1! I appreciate the details that you've shared. It's really weird that you're getting logs at 3am, I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of the data that you're getting and reply to the following questions:
- Do you manually log any activity during the day?
- Do you use Fitbit with a third-party app?
- Does this happen everyday?
Keep me posted!

Thanks for your response. I manually start the exercise tracking during the day. What’s weird is that as soon as I finish my exercise it shows up and also says the 3 am exercise. I track the exercise with Fitbit and the data goes into the Fitbit app. But, I have it setup so that the Fitbit app is linked to strava so it will send the data to strava as well. This is so I can use an app called relive. Strava sends the data to relive. The exercise gets doubled every day. I can post a screenshot when I can. I have not done my exercise today. When I do, I can post the screenshot.

Thanks for getting back @panthersrule1! I appreciate the screenshot and and extra details you've mentioned.
In this case, I would recommend to confirm the following:
- You have the latest version of the app
- Log out of it and force quit it
- You're manually logging activities by following these steps
- Have you ever used SmartTrack?
- Does your Ionic has the correct timezone?
Note that when you manually start an activity from your Ionic, these activities override any SmartTrack activities during the same time period. In this instance I'd recommend making sure that any manually started activity via the exercise app on the Ionic is completed before starting a new activity using SmartTrack.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
