I have the ionic. Trying to use my MacBook to install music.
Followed directions, downloaded the Fitbit connect app, However it will not connect.
There is an ! By the icon in toolbar, and 3 things are greyed out
manage my music just keeps spinning

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for your patience with this situation. To download personal music and podcasts, your watch and computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps that are specified on our help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? to verify your devices are connected to the same network and then try again to download your playlists:
