Sometimes, when I start the app, it gives me a green and blue background. At other times, all that shows is a plain white circle. Why is it inconsistent?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @TheLeogend, hope you're doing great today! Based on your device's analysis of your heart rate, you'll see feedback after 20 seconds letting you know how closely you’re following the guide. The more sparkles you see, the more in sync you are with the guide. If you don't see many sparkles during or after the exercise, try to follow the guide more closely next time—inhaling and exhaling slowly can be difficult if your breathing was rapid at the start.

  1. On your watch, tap the Relax app.
  2. The 2-minute session is the first option. Tap the gear icon to choose the 5-minute session or to turn off the optional vibration. Then press the back button to return to the Relax screen.
  3. Tap the play symbol in the bottom right to start the session.

  4. Remain still and breathe deeply during the calibration period, which lasts 30-40 seconds. The phrase “sensing your breathing”  will appear on your screen.
  5. When prompted, follow the guide (the circle on your screen) and breathe deeply. You can close your eyes because your watch will vibrate when it's time to inhale and exhale.

  6. After the exercise, you’ll see a summary that shows your alignment (how closely you followed the breathing prompt), your heart rate at the start and end of the session, and how many days you completed a guided breathing session this week.

Note: You can’t pause the session, but you can quit at any time. To exit, press and hold the back button on your watch.

Let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with.

Hi. Thank you so much for the reply! What I mean is the blue and purple background in your second picture. Sometimes, when I start the app, its just a plain white circle for the whole 2 minutes ( plus 20 seconds of calibration) of deep breathing time.

I am experiencing the same issues.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my Versa 2. I loved using the Relax app before when I had the colorful background and sparkle incentive. Now that I'm only seeing the circle , it's not as helpful or motivating.
