Earbud volume too high

Earbud volume is too high. Volume on the earbuds is turned to the lowest setting and wont turn down on the ionic, just mutes volume.

Volume is so high i can't hear traffic noise.

I concur on the loudness and not being able to adjust.  Tried on two different headsets to the same effect.

Ditto.  Lowest volume setting is a bit too high on my SENSO bluetooth earbuds.

Same issue, I am using Jaybird Run and lowest setting is still too loud.  The earbuds work fine regarding volume using iPhone 6.
