Ionic music sync altering playlist issue

Hello community, I have loaded music on my Ionic already via iTunes playlist sitting on latest windows version. When I go to alter my playlist it is a crapshoot as to whether after waiting X amount of syncing time - 2 hours, 3 hours etc. and the sync completes if my ionic will have any music on it at all, I have had 50/50 results changing my playlist. It is maddening after waiting 3 hours to see a message that no music is loaded at all. I have tried to remove music first from my iphone, but that does not always help.  Just curious if I am the only user with this issue.

Thanks for sharing your inquiry, let me help you out. I can see that you're already familiarized with the steps to download music to your Ionic, thanks for sharing all this information.

 

I also found a bit of trouble trying to download music to my watch at first, just remember that there are several factors that could cause the slow transfer of the music, like, size of the song, storage on the tracker, wi-fi signal or even the different format of the song. I do recommend that you follow the steps provided on the Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? article, this has been useful.
