My ionic kept losing time I’ve tried everything to resync it. Nothing worked so I thought I’d do a factory reset now all it says is data not cleared sync and try again but nothing works... I’ve deleted the ionic from my Bluetooth, I’ve tried to restart my ionic and that doesn’t work nothing works and I’ve not even had it for 9 months yet . Please help

Well they basically said they cant help me as I bought it from ebay...even though it was brand new box sealed so the seller couldn't have done anything to it, its definitely a manufacturing problem, so I paid £179 for a fitbit ionic that doesnt work after only 7 months of use.....very poor customer service, offered no help what so ever....I will never buy a fitbit again ....
