Steps and b heart monitor stoped working. Tried reset now nothing. No connection between phone app and Fitbit

To better assist you with the connection difficulties you're experiencing with your Ionic and phone, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Ionic not counting steps at all? And what about heart rate? In the meantime, please try the following steps:
