Tracking and connection difficulties

Steps and b heart monitor stoped working. Tried reset now nothing. No connection between phone app and Fitbit

Thanks for the details that were shared and for troubleshooting your Ionic before posting. To better assist you with the connection difficulties you're experiencing with your Ionic and phone, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Ionic not counting steps at all? And what about heart rate? In the meantime, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Have followed your instructions. It gets to connecting to tracker. Has been like that for 2 hours.
Any thunder please.
