Error Message when trying to turn on Device Lock

I got my new Ionic today and so far, setup has been a breeze.  My firmware version is 25.16.7 which looks to be the latest firmware but when I try to turn on Device Lock, I get the following:

 

Sorry, but we can't continue because your Fitbit's firmware is out of date.  Please make sure you have installed the latest software update for your device.

 

Anyone else getting this and are there any ideas as to how go fix it?

I get the same error.

I tried it several hours later and it worked. I didn't do anything to make that happen. It just fixed itself.

If you have NOT tried this, Please do, it pretty much solves all issues:

 

Ionic RESET (Press and hold the Left and Right Bottom Button until the Fitbit Logo appears), that has got the Ionic back on track every time I have done it (I had the same issue and this resolved it) ! 

 

Keep the faith folks, the Ionic is worth the effort!!!!
