Errors trying to set a clock face

Just wasted $300 on a new Iconic. I can NOT change the clock face. Every time I get a error message saying it can't be completed and try again later. Well I have now about 10 times.

I don't understand why you make things so impossible to do, BIG regret buying this piece of junk

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary. Also, if necessary, uninstall and reinstall the App.

Thank you, I reinstalled the app and restarted iconic and I was able to get the clock face I wanted
