Is there anyone from Fitbit on this thread that can explain the slow rollout of this feature? I am in Alaska, any other AK folks on the thread that have it yet?

I'm eagerly awaiting the feature because I would like to see how my oxygen levels are when you get a restoration graph like this.

Hi @Angiegough A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Unfortunately the Charge 2 is a much earlier tracker which does have the necessary Spo2 sensor required. If it helps the trackers / smartwatches which have the SPo2 sensor are The Versa 2,Versa,Ionic and the Charge 3 and an upgrade to one of these would be required.

@Tony.r Thanks for the information.. But, what does an upgrade to one of these mean..?

Hi @Colinm39 what I'm explaining is the Charge 2 does not have the SPo2 sensor that is required for this feature and @Angiegough would need to purchase one of the trackers / smartwatches which I listed above which is fitted with the relitive SPo2 sensor for this feature to work.

Your welcome @Colinm39 like yourself I don't have the feature either and I'm sure we will all hear further official news from Fitbit once the rollout progresses further.

Hey! Any idea on when we might expect to see this? Can we volunteer to beta test? Is this going to be a feature for everyone, or just if you pay for it?
Thanks!

I have been told I need to upgrade my fitbit to a charge 3 or higher as I only have charge 2
01-20-2020 06:19
01-20-2020 06:19
@Angiegough Yes this would be correct as the Charge 2 doesn't have the required hardware (spO2 sensor).

01-20-2020 11:31
Do you happen to know if the Versa 2 is able to monitor it on?
01-20-2020 11:36
01-20-2020 11:36
@Aprila333 The Ionic, Charge 3 Versa/Lite and Versa 2 all have the required hardware (spO2 sensor).
