Excersize app doesn't work on ionic

When I click the exercise icon it just goes back to the home screen. I'm so disappointed, if anyone can help, that would be excellent. I've already reset it, btw, with no results.

Hmmm weird! Try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
