I have a problem with my charge cable not being good enough to maintain contact with a Fitbit ionic, and it got me thinking about another 'improvement' that Fitbit could make. The entire cable length of 7 inches appears to be excessively long. Maybe in future Fitbit could drop the Ionic charge cable length to 5 or 6 inches and simultaneously improve their profitability a little more. As a consumer, if the cable is too short, it makes little difference to me being 7,6,or 5 inches in length (it will still be too short)

That's in the eye of the beholder. Mine is 91cm long - approaching 1 metre. That's nearly 36 inches long in imperial measurement. And you're complaining 7 inches is too long?
Mine is an ideal length. Any shorter would be a bit annoying. Let alone 29 inches shorter!

Hey there. It was a long time ago and I was being sarcastic. A 1 metre cable would have at least been useable
