I recently discovered the Exercise App. So I went with "Workout" for my at-home cardio sessions on my rebounder or AirDyne. Today my workout heartrate hit 192 which is insane. Meanwhile, the regular heart rate not on the app showed a peak of 151. Why is this happening?

Thank you. I have been using the Exercise App daily since that last post above -- which was written very soon after I discovered the app on my Ionic -- and monitoring both my Ionic and my app (iPhone) simultaneously since. (I am on a Schwinn AD Pro) so it's easy to watch both. They seem to be in sync now. I don't know what happened with that first time but it seems to be OK now. Thanks again!
