Exercise App

Yesterday, I was using the "Work Out" mode in the Exercise App.  Everything was going well - then it crashed and went back - so I restarted the "Work Out"  and went on.  (Which happens occassionally for me.  Hoping that will eventually get fixed.)  The strange thing is when I ended the workout (2).  On the Fitbit app "Weekly Exercise" - it showed the first and second "Work Out", which I was expecting, but the first workout had continued (after the crash) and recorded the second workout too. (I deleted it on the phone app - wish I would have kept it) I was just curious if this is normal?  And if it is possible to go into another app while in the "workout" app (like the alarm app for the stop watch)?

Hi @A5kil3s ,

That's a strange occurrence. I haven't heard of the Exercise app crashing but still recording anyway.

Some people have reported success with the Exercise app hanging by performing a restart. I do it every week. Give it a try and let us know if that helped..

You can't switch between apps while in Exercise. One way around this is to to allow the Fitbit to auto-detect an activity (which only works for some activities). But this way, you could use another app at the same time.

Hope this helps.
