My watch was working perfectly but after an update, when I hit the exercise button to track a workout, it just goes back to the Home Screen.
I did a factory reset (3 times).
I disconnected the watch from the app, disconnected it from Bluetooth, and reconnected as a new watch, same problem.
Please Help!

Hi @Amfundora, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting. This could be related to the settings that are currently configured for the buttons of your Ionic. Please check the following information:
Left Button:
Press and hold the left button for 2 seconds to quickly access a feature such as Fitbit Pay, Alexa, music controls, notifications, or certain apps. To change which feature activates when you hold the button, open the Settings app and tap the Left Button option. The possible shortcuts vary based on your device.
Top and bottom buttons:
From the clock screen, press the top and bottom buttons on the right side of the watch to quickly access your favorite apps.
On the Settings app, please check for the Left Button option and choose the feature the button activates, in this case, the Exercise feature.
Keep me posted.

Thanks for replaying but no luck.
The exercise man pops up, so it shows exercise with the running man icon, and then instantly just goes back to the clock. No matter what adjustments I try to make, it just does not allow me to use any type of exercise tracking.
